About Pree

Pree is a sales growth architect and his purpose for founding Searchcraft Recruitment was to help businesses find the talent that is hard-to-find in a market with shortages.

He has worked on four continents across a range of industries including Services, Retail, Manufacturing, Consulting, Technology and Equipment Sales. This experience ranged from small start-up businesses to large corporations, starting in a field sales role in Xerox Corporation and culminating in him becoming a Director of Sales with FedEx, leading a large sales force of managers, business developers, account managers and customer service staff.

Pree is a life-long learner. He has a Master of Business Administration, a Bachelor of Science Degree, a Diploma in Software Technology and Systems Management, a Graduate Certificate in Financial Management as well as a Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment. 

Pree is known as a trusted advisor, inspiring speaker and reliable business professional with integrity and heart for others. He lives in Sydney, Australia and is married to his high school sweetheart, Petrina. They have a three young children and are working on becoming skilled multi-taskers!
